How does billing work?

We quote a fixed monthly fee once we have seen your volume — the plan prices on this page are starting points. That fee is then flat, invoiced in advance. If your volume outgrows the plan, we tell you before we move you up.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month to month, 30 days' notice to stop.

How long does onboarding take?

Usually two weeks. Week one we get access to your systems and prior-period files. Week two we take over the day-to-day.

Is my data safe offshore?

Your files stay in your own cloud accounting software. Our team works inside your systems on locked-down machines, under signed NDAs, with access logged and reviewed.

Which software do you work in?

QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Sage, NetSuite and MYOB. If you use something else, ask us.

Do you work my hours?

Yes. Our team covers US, UK and Australian business hours.

What is the difference between outsourcing and offshoring?

Outsourcing is work sent job by job. Offshoring is a person or team assigned to you full time. Same office, same standards, different commercial shape.

Will my clients know?

Not unless you tell them. We work behind your brand, on your templates, from your email domain if you set that up.

Who reviews the work?

Every file is prepared by one accountant and reviewed by a senior before it comes back to you. You are not the first reviewer.

How do I pay?

Flat monthly invoice, sent on the 1st, payable by bank transfer or card.

Do you work with businesses in Nepal?

Yes, and it is a real part of what we do — registration, VAT and TDS, payroll and year-end for companies operating here. Local fees are quoted in NPR.

Can we meet in person?

If you are in the Kathmandu Valley, yes. Come to the office in Kathmandu, or we will come to you.
